Riverside East Perth

Welcome to the official website for Riverside, a signature redevelopment commencing with the renewal of the eastern entrance to Perth. Formerly called Gateway, the 40-hectare location best known for the WACA, Gloucester Park, Queen’s Gardens and more is set to become a bustling, vibrant community hosting a wide range of entertainment, commercial and residential developments.

When completed in 10-15 years, Riverside will be home to up to 5,000 people who will live and work in the area and form a diverse, rich community.

The East Perth Redevelopment Authority is proud to be overseeing the rejuvenation of this landmark area.

The purpose of this website is to act as an information hub to ensure the community stay informed and up-to-date with the renewal.
