Formerly called Gateway, the 40-hectare location best known for the WACA, Gloucester Park, Queen’s Gardens and more is set to become a bustling, vibrant community hosting a wide range of entertainment, commercial and residential developments.

When completed in 10-15 years, Riverside will be home to up to 5,000 people who will live and work in the area and form a diverse, rich community.
