The Masterplan has regard for long-term proposals being considered by the WA Cricket Association, which involve the WACA Ground’s external street frontages being redeveloped to link more effectively with surrounding areas.  Those changes could provide a whole range of residential and commercial opportunities that contribute to the street life of the precinct.
