Central

The Central Precinct is a 2.1 hectare site bounded by Hay Street and the WACA to the north, Adelaide Terrace to the south and the Queens Precinct to the west. Central Precinct will be redeveloped as a mixed-use precinct that will include the Police Headquarters refurbished as a commercial building. The Masterplan has provisions for a 25-storey icon development to complement the Police Services Site.
