Gloucester Park

Gloucester Park at 14.7 hectares, is the single biggest landholding in the Riverside precinct. It is owned by the WA Trotting Association and existing trotting uses will continue in the interim. The Riverside Masterplan envisages that, should Gloucester Park be redeveloped, there is the opportunity to create a vibrant civic meeting place, to be known as Gloucester Circus.
