Riverside Masterplan shapes Perth for the 21st century

Perth’s eastern entry will be reinvented over the next decade to become an integrated urban village for 5,000 new residents and workers following today’s release of the Riverside Masterplan.

10 June 2005 - Road Works to Commence on Hay Street East Perth

As part of the East Perth Redevelopment Authority’s (EPRA) Riverside urban renewal project, roadworks will commence on Hay Street, East Perth between the Causeway and Plain Street on Thursday 16 June and continue until March 2006.

25 February 2005 - Changes to Causeway Roundabout and Hay Street, East Perth

Road works and improvements are underway in the area bounded by the Causeway, Adelaide Terrace, Hay Street and Plain Street, in East Perth. In coming weeks, there will be significant disruptions to Hay Street and motorists are encouraged to use Adelaide Terrace or alternative routes.
