Sales Opportunities

The first six lots within the Queens Precinct of the Riverside project were released for sale via an Expression of Interest (EOI) process on 12 October 2005. 

The six lots have now been sold to Frasers Property Group and TRG Properties Pty Ltd. The announcement of the sale was made by the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, Alannah MacTiernan on Wednesday, 17 May 2006.
