More recently, the community consultation has included:

• November 2, 2004: Letter and newsletter to all owner/occupiers within a city block of Metrobus site advising of commencement of works and calls for comment.
• November 9 2004 – April 2005: Weekly works updates prepared and emailed and mailed to stakeholders as well as being posted on the website.
• November 1 – 15, 2004: Consultation over works at former Metrobus Depot site (in the Queens Precinct), changes to Hay Street and Adelaide Terrace. Included meetings with WACA, Trinity College, WA Police Service, Chem Labs and Department of Industry and Recourses. Personalised letters were also forwarded to other key stakeholders not met with individually. A total of seven submissions were received.
• November 2004 – April 2005: Community Information Line available to receive calls with concerns or queries on works and development.
• March 21 – 22 2005: Invitation to more than 600 stakeholders inviting them to four briefings and updates on the project. A total of 35 people attended these briefings.
